My thought has always been the vibrations caused by them walking by the adjacent shelf dislodged the first chain and caused, sorry for saying, a chain reaction. The weight of the chain caused the pitchfork to fall.

It's called a staging crew. However, there is simply no excuse to put something like that together and call it authentic footage.
